Nashville Songwriter Hall of Famer, Steve Seskin has written seven Number One Country songs, including Grammy-nominated “Grown Men Don’t Cry,” (Tim McGraw) and “Don’t Laugh at Me,” (Mark Wills) winner of the Nashville Songwriters Association and Music Row Magazine Song of the Year. Steve’s songs have been recorded by legends like Tim McGraw, Neal McCoy, John Michael Montgomery, Kenny Chesney, Collin Raye, Peter Frampton, Waylon Jennings, Alabama, Mark Wills, and Peter Paul and Mary. Other Seskin hits include: “Wrong” (Waylon Jennings),"I Think About You" (Collin Raye), "Life's A Dance", “If You've Got Love" (John Michael Montgomery), a"No Doubt About It,” “For A Change” (Neal McCoy) and "Daddy’s Money” (Richochet). Steve’s song “Don’t Laugh At Me” was recorded by Peter, Paul and Mary and became the impetus for the Operation Respect project, a curriculum designed to teach tolerance and anti-bullying in schools. This program has been implemented in more than 30,000 schools and Steve has performed in countless elementary schools in support of the program.
